Day 3-7
The culture was repeatedly changed into a fresh and clean glass bowl. The same towel was used to cover the bowl over night. I did not wash the towel in between cultures.

The culture was still moist and there was no pugent smell.

The smell of beer was really strong
Day 7
IT still smelled of beer but mold started to grow on the edges.
